Dobrochna
Kasperek
Dobrochna has an innate ability to bridge between new opportunities and heritage of previous work and projects. Always ready to dive into the action, full of life and energy, creative mind with a practical approach.
At loop.spaces Dobrochna makes sure the business side of the venture will stand strong. Her natural skills are well supported by a solid business background. Dobrochna is the chief operating officer in Sanpol, one of the leading Polish distributors in the heating, installation, and bathroom sector. She takes care for the company’s digital transformation, business development, new strategy, sustainability, and operations, including supply chain, IT and HR. She has been getting familiar with this sector for the last 10 years.
In September 2022 Dobrochna was appointed a Vice President of The European Federation of the Sanitary and Heating Wholesale Trade, a non-profit association working closely with EU institutions, other european associations, and stakeholders to contribute to the development of standards and legislation affecting the products. This gives her an opportunity to make an impact on the European scale.
Dobrochna earned her Master’s degree from ESCP business school in Paris and completed post graduate studies, one in E-commerce and another in Sustainable Development Goals in business strategy both at Kozmiński University in Warsaw.
Business is not her only focus. She is an Ironman finisher and nowadays you can mostly find her sweating on her road bike, enjoying kitesurfing and winter sports.
Aga Biedalak
Aga has understanding for the environment running in her blood. Not sure where it's exactly coming from, but she loves nature and finds it the best teacher.
At loop.spaces Aga is the sustainability backbone and checkpoint for of all decisions to be made. Always coming with new ideas, novel technologies, alternative business models, new bio-based materials, whatever it takes to make the built environment better for people and planet.
Aga is currently based in Amsterdam, working as a Sustainability consultant for a dutch architecture and urban design studio focusing on sustainability - Space&Matter. She is responsible for managing research and innovation projects and looking for ways to implement most ambitious strategies into concepts, project visioning and designs. Aga is passionate about bio-based material solutions, renewables and circular strategies for regenerative design. Following systems thinking and circular economy principles in context of neighbourhoods and cities development. Enhancing biodiversity; saving, recreating and regenerating nature where possible.
Aga studied Architecture and Urban Design, she is holding her diplomas from Gdańsk University of Technology and University of the Arts in Poznań. Also completed postgraduate studies on Sustainable Architecture and Building Engineering at Gdańsk Univesity of Technology.
Being active in nature is her main driver. Whether it's hiking, skitouring, freeride or kitesurfing, being outdoors with friends is her fuel for life.
